Superfoods!

Client question:

“What is a Superfood?”

‘Superfood’ is a word that gets passed around a lot with the “eat super healthy” community.  These are basically foods that, according to many scientific studies:

  1. Reduce the risk of Chronic Disease (including cancer)
  2. Increase the ability to lose weight (and keep the weight off)
  3. Boost Immunity
  4. Prolong Life
  5. Lower Cholesterol
  6. Maintain Normal Blood Pressure

Personal Note: Remember, every body is different, so no matter what science articles say, go with how you feel. Some people try these in their diets and sometimes they work, and sometimes they don’t.
