‘Superfood’ is a word that gets passed around a lot with the “eat super healthy” community.  These are basically foods that, according to many scientific studies:

  1. Reduce the risk of Chronic Disease (including cancer)
  2. Increase the ability to lose weight (and keep the weight off)
  3. Boost Immunity
  4. Prolong Life
  5. Lower Cholesterol
  6. Maintain Normal Blood Pressure
